Narrative Box of Ivana Brlić Mažuranić

The Narrative Box is inspired by Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić's timeless tales. It is hand-painted in watercolor and designed for the reader to discover the enchanting world of "Šuma Striborova." This illustrated box contains scrolls that narrate the stories. Inside is a base with transparent, circular foils depicting the background settings. When illuminated, they cast scenes on the walls. Each scroll contains a silhouette of a beloved character. The silhouettes can be used to replay and invent the stories in front of the scenery projected on the wall.
